As a small artisan brand, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the following return & exchange terms.

🔄 Exchanges are possible only in the following cases:

  • The product received is different from your original order

  • The product is damaged during delivery

  • A size change is required

📌 Size exchanges can only be accepted if:

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • The item is not a custom or personalized order

⚠ Custom-made orders (half sizes, heel/sole/material customizations etc.) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
