Distance Sales Agreement
Thank you for shopping at Geltony Shoes Online Store.
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between GELTONY SHOES (“Seller”) and the customer (“Buyer”) who places an order through our online store.
By completing a purchase on our website, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

This Agreement covers the sale and delivery of products ordered online from GELTONY SHOES to the Buyer.
2. Ordering

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of incorrect information or stock unavailability.
3. Price & Payment

All prices are displayed on the website at the time of order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Buyer.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Custom-made products (special designs, half sizes, clearance items) cannot be returned or refunded.

To be eligible for exchange:

The request must be made within 30 days of delivery

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

Shipping costs, duties, and taxes for returns/exchanges are the Buyer’s responsibility.
6. Warranty

All products are handmade with care. Slight variations in color, texture, or design are natural and not considered defects.

Damage caused by misuse, external conditions, or improper storage is not covered by warranty.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
